Section 114A is “Presumption of Fact in Publication”, a new amendment to the Evidence Act 1950.
This ACT114A states that any owner, administrator, host, editor, subscriber of a network or website, or owner of a computer or mobile devices is presumed to have published or re-published its contents.
This law will impact anyone who uses the Internet and the above stated devices. This means that it affect EVERYONE, from individual users to businesses.

 ACT114A affects me in a way where when I get frapped by friends, I will be the one who is going to be responsible. Apart from that, if my house wifi connection is secured but someone managed to hack without my knowing, and he/she publish something offensive or against the law, I’m the one that will have to be responsible because the wrongdoer used my wifi connection.

 This ACT114A really matters me because in any way, I might just get sued, or being brought into a court case and just get fined or jailed.

After research and getting to understand everything, I am very concern about this ACT114A because I'm worried that it might affect me as an individual unknowingly.
